How DropGuru works for resellers, how we handle data, shipping, and returns.

How DropGuru works

DropGuru is a dropshipping supplier. Resellers install the app on their Shopify store, import products from our catalog, and set their own retail price. When a reseller receives an order, we fulfil it from our EU warehouse and, for Cash-on-Delivery orders, collect the payment via our couriers. The reseller's commission (the difference between their retail price and our supplier price) is paid out after the COD is successfully collected.

Shipping

We ship to the countries listed on the Shipping page. Shipping fees and estimated delivery times per country are shown there and may change. Delivery estimates are in business days after dispatch and can vary by destination and season.

Returns & refunds

Returns are handled by DropGuru as the fulfilment party. For Cash-on-Delivery orders that are refused or returned, no commission is due to the reseller for that order. Defective or incorrect items are replaced or refunded according to applicable consumer-protection law in the destination country. Customers should contact the store they purchased from; the reseller coordinates with DropGuru for resolution.

Privacy

DropGuru processes order and customer data (name, address, phone) solely to fulfil and deliver orders. We do not sell customer data. Data is shared only with couriers as required to deliver the order. Reseller account data is used to operate the service and pay out commissions. You can request deletion of your data by contacting us.

Reseller payouts

Commissions are calculated per order as your retail price minus our supplier price (product + shipping). Payouts are made after the order's COD has been collected. Orders that are cancelled, refused, or returned do not generate a commission.
